HPY Technology, a pioneering enterprise in ore sorting and intelligent mineral industry upgrades, has proudly supported the 8th China Higher Education of Mineral Processing Practical Work Contest held on July 20, 2023. The contest, the most significant annual event in China's mineral processing engineering discipline, was participated in by more than 200 lecturers and students from 38 universities nationwide, including Central South University and Beijing University of Science and Technology.

The competition is a joint initiative of the Teaching Guidance Committee for Mining Specialties in Higher Education Institutions of the Ministry of Education of China and the Collaborative Cooperation Alliance of Mineral Processing Engineering Specialties in Chinese Colleges and Universities. Aimed at enhancing the interest and innovative abilities of students in mineral processing engineering, the contest fosters improved scientific and technological practice, teamwork, and analytical skills, training high-quality professionals for the mineral processing industry.

Hosted by Jiangxi University of Science and Technology and Fuzhou University, the competition attracted over 1,000 lecturers and students from 39 universities across China. A total of 78 works were shortlisted for the final contest after rigorous evaluation stages, including school preliminary evaluation, expert online evaluation, and on-site defense.
